The example is invented. One job takes 60 minutes of work and 180 minutes waiting, or 240 minutes in total. It follows one accepted pass. Add any repeat work when it occurs.
Hands-on work is not automatically value-adding. If steps overlap, measure total elapsed time instead of adding them as though they run in sequence.
