Who this is for
Your expertise.
New ways to deliver it.
We work best with established specialist firms, such as agencies, whose clients keep needing their expertise. Some of that work costs too much to deliver today, or there are not enough expert hours to go round. Firms typically have annual turnover of £3M or more. That is a guide, not a strict threshold.
You do not need to have chosen AI tools or mapped your processes. We start by exploring how work moves through your business, together.
- 01 / Before
Arrive ready
to decide. We send questions to the owner, operations, account management and marketing. Your team has ten days to answer in their own time, so we spend the workshop prioritising.
- 02 / The day
See the work.
Find the opportunity.A 45-minute talk on where AI is now, then we draw how your work flows. Tools, tasks, outputs, handovers and money. We rank each AI opportunity by its potential return.
- 03 / After
Keep the clarity.
Choose your next move.About ten calendar days later, your report arrives: how the business runs today, ranked opportunities and rough numbers for each. We take a review call once you have read it.
We can usually allow extra workshop time at no extra charge, depending on availability.
Prepare for the conversation with the AI readiness worksheet, use case template or business case example. Bring any gaps or open questions. Completing these is optional.
Who is in the room
The people who
make it happen.
The right people for your business. Ideally eight or fewer.
Bring the people who approve the investment, run the work and understand the numbers. We agree who should attend based on your business, so everyone can participate and agree what is worth doing first.
Suggested roles, shaped around your team- Owner or MD
- Sets the business priorities and helps the team agree what to fund.
- Operations / delivery
- Understands how the work gets done and where the team's time goes.
- Account management or sales
- Owns how work comes in, how it grows, and the point a job starts losing money.
- Marketing
- Owns pitching and winning work. Often where senior time quietly goes.
- Finance or the numbers person
- So we rank the list on real figures, not guesses.
What is included
A decision you
can build on.
From the first questions to the final review. Everything you need to choose your next step.
Your report sets out the ranked opportunities, rough numbers and a recommended first candidate. The report and plan are yours to keep. There is no obligation to commission an implementation project.
See how the work can translate into a build: our journalist-request case covers sorting and drafting with human approval in a separately commissioned project.
Discuss your AI workshopQuestions for the owner, operations, account management and marketing
Written for your business and answered before the day, so we start from facts.
A 45 minute talk on where AI is now, and where firms need to get to
The same talk Said gives on stage, cut down to what matters to you.
Half a day in the room together
Your senior team, one person running it, and one question. What is worth doing first? We can usually allow extra time at no extra charge, depending on availability.
We draw how your work flows, then rank each AI job by what it pays back
We sketch how the work flows and rank AI opportunities using your numbers. Detailed Value Stream Mapping and scoping follow at the start of a separately agreed implementation project.
A write-up of how your business runs today
A short report, about ten calendar days after the workshop.
A plan for the ranked jobs, with rough numbers on each one
So your next choice is a yes or a no, not another meeting.
A call once you have read the report
We go through it together and answer the hard questions.
A video of the whole session
Included for both on-site and remote workshops, so your team can revisit the session and share it with anyone who could not attend.
Then what
One workflow.
Transformed in 90 days.
The workshop identifies the workflow. A separately agreed implementation project transforms it with AI within 90 days of the project starting.
Each project is priced individually. We aim to agree the price before the project starts, using what we learn in the workshop. The initial project analysis then refines the delivery plan.
- 01
Understand, then design.
The 90 days include days spent scoping and analysing with your team before we touch code. A detailed Value Stream Map shows the steps, handovers and where value is created. From that baseline, we design a future state and agree a goal feasible within the 90 days.
- 02
Build with your team.
We build towards that agreed goal and test the new system alongside the existing workflow before switching over. Group onboarding and a skills matrix help your team put the system to use.
- 03
Keep moving forward.
You own the custom source code built for your business. Ongoing maintenance is available after launch, with options for continued improvements and AI advisory support.
Questions
Before we
get together.
The practical details, from your first call to what happens after implementation.
What does the workshop cost?
We discuss workshop pricing during the free 15-minute fit call, along with what is right for your business. No payment or workshop commitment is needed to book the call.
How will you protect our business data?
We agree the data-protection approach during scoping, based on your requirements. That includes deciding what data the system needs and what can be shared with AI providers before implementation. The approach is tailored to your project.
When will we know the implementation price?
We aim to agree the price before the project starts, based on what we learn in the workshop. Each project is priced individually. The initial scoping and analysis refine the delivery plan. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate quote. If we take longer to deliver the agreed scope, our implementation guarantee applies: we complete it at no extra cost.
How do you work out the potential return?
The project starts with an audit and a baseline. We sit down with your team to identify the requirements, how much time the work takes today and where AI could expand what the team can do. From the Value Stream Map, we design the future state: how the improved workflow should run. We put numbers against that opportunity and scope a feasible outcome that becomes the delivery goal for the 90-day project.
How do you train our team to use the system?
We onboard your team in groups, explaining the system's functionality and how to use it. We assess their use of the system with synthetic data by reviewing backend logs. You receive a skills matrix showing each person's assessed training level, so you can see where further training may be needed.
Will implementation disrupt our day-to-day work?
We test the new system alongside your existing workflow before switching over. Your team can keep using the current process while we check how the new system performs in practice.
Why not build it ourselves?
You can. The question is whether you have the experience to choose the right work and get it into everyday use. We see teams build something because the tools make it possible, get stuck at a technical barrier, or send sensitive business data to AI providers without the right controls. We start by mapping the work and agreeing the return to measure, then scope the technical requirements and data protection before implementation. The workshop helps you decide what is worth building, whether you build it internally or with us.
Who owns the software, and can we host it ourselves?
You own the custom source code built for your business and can host it yourself or with another provider. LeverageAI retains its reusable architectural frameworks and the general know-how developed through the work. If you end maintenance, you can still use and modify the delivered system, including any embedded LeverageAI frameworks, with no ongoing licence fee.
What happens after the implementation goes live?
We offer ongoing maintenance for custom implementations, with options for continued improvements and AI advisory support. If we host the system, hosting is an additional cost.
When do the 90 days start?
The 90 days start when the separately agreed project begins, including the initial scoping and analysis. We spend days understanding the work and building a detailed Value Stream Map before we touch code or begin implementation. We use that map to design a future state that is feasible to deliver within the 90 days and agree it as the project's goal.
What happens when we book a call?
We start with a free 15-minute fit call to check whether the workshop suits your business, discuss pricing and answer your questions. If you decide to go ahead, we agree the workshop date and issue an invoice. Booking the call does not commit you to the workshop.
Do we need to have chosen our AI tools first?
No. Which tool to use is the last question, not the first. We rank the work first, and the tool follows from that.
Is it on site?
We come to you if the work happens in a place. If the work happens on screens, we share screens instead. We agree which before confirming the workshop. Travel for on-site workshops is charged separately from the workshop fee.
What if we do not go ahead with a project?
You keep the ranked list, the report and the plan, and a clear picture of how your own business runs. There is no obligation to commission an implementation project.
How soon can we run it?
The questions we send need about ten days. Most workshops land in the diary three to four weeks after you confirm the workshop.
